We’re looking for an EXPERT Funnel Strategist to join our family! This is a remote role, so work from anywhere you want, the only requirements are a reliable internet connection, a distraction-free work environment during regular US business hours, and a reliable computer with working camera for Zoom calls. You will work alongside 8 other members of #TEAMSPIVAK, helping our customers scale their businesses.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You should have a background in digital marketing, be THE expert when it comes to Funnels & Analytics for our team and love everything to do with sales pages, shopping carts, conversion optimization, UTMs, list building and ANALYTICS! You will be expected to dive deep into our clients data and identify blind spots. 

The Funnel Strategist helps to create and update the step-by-step plan (Blueprint) for our client accounts. The Campaign Managers can then execute on this Blueprint for the client. You will be present to answer questions on calls or emails with the client. You are also responsible for collaborating with the Campaign Manager when a client has a strategy question.

You will be diligent as well as excited to take ownership of this role. You’ll work alongside our team and clients, offering them your expertise on *funnel strategy* and the *specific direction* they need to scale.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Audit potential new client accounts before the team gets started with set-up to make sure there aren’t any glaring funnel issues from the start, and to make any initial recommendations to clients about ways they can set their funnel up for success
  • Set the team up and provide ongoing support with analytic capabilities to use on client accounts, so we can better diagnose on an ongoing basis, where a particular funnel may not be working
  • Audit new and existing client accounts to provide a “Funnel Strategy” (sales funnel plans) 
  • Consult with clients and present the Strategy Blueprint on video calls with the Founder and Campaign Manager
  • Quality check each element of the funnel the team creates (copywriting, landing page design, etc.) and give clear guidance and feedback
  • Brainstorm opportunities and solutions to low sales, leads, and conversions on clients’ websites, leveraging data to help us “tell the story” to the client about what’s happening
  • Answer strategy questions from clients via email
  • Collaborate with the team when needs arise (e.g. updating a client’s Blueprint, clarifying something)
  • Attend team weekly 1 hour meetings every Wednesday at 11am EST and participate with constructive ideas
  • Learn from and maintain your checklists and documentation that will help you maximize results while saving time and avoiding mistakes

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be an expert with all things analytics! Proficiency in Google Analytics and tools like Hotjar, as well as other marketing software like LeadPages and ActiveCampaign etc.
  • Experience with copywriting and/or paid ad traffic strategy (Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
  • You must like interpreting data, thinking strategically, and be a creative problem-solver
  • Like working with other people, brilliant writing, and communication skills.
  • Must be technically savvy and have experience using Asana, Google Drive, Slack and other tools for measuring clients results/analytics 
  • Must be available for weekly team calls (Wednesdays, 11 am EST) and contribute with ideas for how to improve client account performance
  • Must be in a “stable location” with a solid internet connection for when we have calls to onboard new clients
  • Customer-focused but also able to follow specific directions every week via our checklists, templates, and other instructional media used to operate the business.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with good organizational skills
