- We use email communication to report on progress, manage workflow and communicate.
- We will respond to any communication within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. If we don’t have an answer, we’ll still respond and let you know we’re working on it.
- Your client form and client folder are the center of everything – if it’s not in there, assume we don’t have it/know it. Be diligent about including all assets and info here!
- We won’t have capacity for last minute projects or projects that are out of scope. In these cases, we’ll let you know and mentor you to find the best solution forward.
- We do our utmost to stick to timelines but sometimes things happen which push the delivery of work out. We’ll communicate with you when this is the case and appreciate your understanding.
- When there is a change in strategy, timelines will be adjusted to reflect this.
- If you’re on a payment plan and miss your monthly payment, work will immediately stop until payment has been received. This is not good for workflow and will push out timelines so we don’t recommend it!

- Be committed to step out of your comfort zone because this is where your growth lies.
- Make payments on time.
- Show up to calls on time, from a quiet, undistracted location.
- Prioritize self love and care. When feelings of overwhelm pop up, it’s generally a sign that you need to step away from the computer and do LESS, not more.
- #TEAMSPIVAK is a collective of superwomen, but we will make mistakes now and again. Be ok with this; we’re human!
- Accept that there will be things that don’t work or go your way. Use these opportunities to get curious!
